Technical support by email is available to users of the CotranslatorAI Intermediate and CotranslatorAI Advanced editions. Fill out the form with your details, and we’ll get back to you as quickly as possible, typically within a few hours, but it could take up to 24 hours.

Please explain your support request in as much detail as possible.

To help us reproduce the issue:

- Explain what you did step by step.

- If the issue involves keyboard shortcuts, describe the environment (name of software where the selected text resides, brief description of the text area where the selected text is, e.g. translation grid in memoQ / Trados, document text in Word, etc.).

- If screenshots can help us understand the issue better, please create them and attach them in the File Upload section at the bottom of this form.

If this support request is related to an error while using CotranslatorAI after installation, please send us your log files (“Log.txt” and “Companion Log.txt”). These are located in C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\CotranslatorAI\Log (where "username" is your Windows login name). In order to access this folder quickly, switch to the CotranslatorAI window and select “Help > Open Logs Folder”.
