OpenAI server errors?

If CotranslatorAI was working fine and has suddenly started acting up inexplicably, there’s a good chance the OpenAI servers are down. Before submitting your support request here, please check the API bar on the OpenAI’s status page at https://status.openai.com/. The OpenAI API server status is outside our control and if the OpenAI servers are down, the best solution is simply to wait for them to come back up!

Technical Support Request Form

Technical support by email is available to users of the CotranslatorAI Intermediate and CotranslatorAI Advanced editions. Fill out the form with your details, and we’ll get back to you as quickly as possible, typically within a few hours, but it could take up to 24 hours.

You should get a confirmation message shortly after submitting your information. If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder.

Also, it is important that you refer to the instructions in the Troubleshooting report template, which you can find in the Help > Troubleshooting menu of CotranslatorAI.
