Yes, I can integrate your translation memories (TMs), term bases (TBs), style guides, and other resources into my process, all while keeping your central databases secure.

Of course, I am always happy to sign and adhere to your NDA. But the technical reality of my workflow inherently protects your data, too. It is neither efficient nor necessary to dump huge TMs and TBs into the process. This is one of the major benefits of my workflow: we aren’t training a conventional MT engine on hundreds or thousands of segments; we are curating a project prompt using only the most relevant data. This is the best way to keep the AI model focused and deliver superior work.

Because of this, all I need are the segments and terminology relevant to the project at hand. You can easily share these by sending a dedicated project TM, or by bundling the files into a Trados or memoQ package.

At the end of the project, I will return a clean, finalized project TM that you can import into your central database or simply retain for your records. This exactly mirrors the secure, controlled process you already use for traditional translation workflows.
