GAIT-Augmented MT & MTPE can be implemented using off-the-shelf generative AI platforms.

• For the MT: I find memoQ currently offers the most “hacks” for executing the workflow efficiently. However, this program is not strictly required; most CAT tools will work. Even a chatbot works.

• For the post-editing: You can provide the prepped drafts to the translator in standard .xliff or bilingual Word formats. This means your post-editors can work in any CAT tool they prefer, or in Microsoft Word, without changing their setup.
