Thanks to my location in Korea, we can leverage time-zone differences to your advantage. Assuming I have all the necessary project and reference files in hand, I typically prepare the first batch overnight so your linguists hit the ground running the next morning.
From there, if the project is large, we operate on a rolling basis. While your team post-edits the first batch, I finish engineering the remaining files. Once they complete that initial batch, I use their edits and feedback to update the AI prompt and produce a refined second or final batch.
While complex file structures can sometimes require extra setup time upfront, my goal is to never be the bottleneck in your process—especially once the work is underway. Naturally, my own workload may occasionally impact turnaround times, but I am not one to put off until tomorrow what I can get done today, and I am always willing to work weekends if a project requires it. If you have worked with me before, you know I never miss an agreed deadline. Staying in close communication is the key to ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Finally, once your post-editors have completed their work, I will handle the final engineering step and typically deliver the finalized files back to you overnight.
