Free CotranslatorAI Drop-In Clinic (Two Sessions!) Next Tuesday – 9 September 2026 (AI Mastery for Translators Insights)
Hi everyone,
Join me on Tuesday, September 15, for our first-ever CotranslatorAI Drop-In Clinic.
Wondering what a drop-in clinic is? The concept is simple: come with your question, get it answered, and then leave.
There is no prepared lecture, no homework, and no cost. Instead, this is an informal opportunity to get direct, one-on-one help to get unstuck (and propelled forward) in your AI journey. To ensure everyone around the globe can attend at a convenient hour, I am hosting two separate sessions.
How to Join
Simply reply to this email with your specific question/challenge/roadblock and your CotranslatorAI Advanced license code. I will confirm receipt and then send you the Zoom link before the call.
Finding your license code: In CotranslatorAI, go to the Help menu and click About… from the drop-down. You can either copy and paste the license code listed there, or just take a quick screenshot of the About window and attach it to your email.
Session Schedule
Date: Tuesday, September 15
Session 1 (Europe-friendly): 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM CEST (9:00 AM GMT)
Session 2 (Americas-friendly): 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM US EST (11:00 PM GMT)
Eligibility: Free and exclusive to CotranslatorAI Advanced licensed users (please note, CotranslatorAI Intermediate licenses are not eligible for this event; contact me for an easy, prorated upgrade). Even if you have no license at all, you can pick up the new USD $37 three-month CotranslatorAI Advanced license at https://cf.cotranslatorai.com/main.
Recording note: These calls will be recorded internally so I can keep track of what we learn and improve future support. However, there will be no replays provided.
What to Ask Whether you are just starting out or managing complex workflows inside your CAT tool, bring your specific use cases. We can tackle:
Features and how-tos: Wondering how to accomplish a specific task or what a certain CotranslatorAI feature does? Just ask—it is completely fine to bring these up even if you haven’t had time to read the manual yet.
Context-driven translation: Bring your good, bad, and ugly output so we can leverage deep context and break free from the segment-by-segment straitjacket.
Workflow flexibility & prompt libraries: Let’s tweak your anchor prompts and save entire workflows so you never have to start from scratch, whether you are working inside or outside your CAT tool.
Speed and multitasking: We can troubleshoot stubborn keyboard shortcuts, optimize your Quick Start menu, and manage your simultaneous independent AI sessions.
Security and API costs: Ask about monitoring your direct-to-OpenAI spend to slash costs without data throttling, or what your enterprise-grade confidentiality in CotranslatorAI means.
Applying the training: Bring your questions from the AI Survival Kit, the daily AI Mastery Minutes, or any of the CotranslatorAI tutorials.
Anything else bugging you: Your questions don’t even have to be strictly about CotranslatorAI. As an Advanced license holder, you are welcome to bring whatever AI or workflow challenge is currently slowing you down and I will see what I can do for you.
I look forward to seeing you there and helping you clear out those nagging AI workflow obstacles.
